BLUEGRASS MUSIC

Bluegrass ('blü – grās)

Music played on unamplified stringed instruments (as banjo, fiddle, guitar, and mandolin) and characterized by free improvisation and close usually high-pitched harmony; name given to the musical genre initially made famous by Bill Monroe and The Bluegrass Boys out of Kentucky

Music ('myü - zik)
